Pogostemon cablin leaf essential oil 100% (1mls/1mls)

Dosage/Directions:
Adult: Acne, Tinea and relieve the symptoms of eczema: massage into affected area 6 drops to 10mls Carrier Oil and repeat twice daily. To relieve sleeplessness, nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety add 6 drops to a vaporiser and inhale.
