A combination of herbs that support the nervous system while also providing herbs that settle the stomach.

Chamomile is a well-known herb for helping to soothe the nervous system. It exhibits sedative properties, and was traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness. Chamomile can also be used to relieve gastrointestinal disturbances associated with nervousness.
Passion Flower is a sedative herb that can be used to relieve restlessness and irritability, along with associated sleeplessness.
Fennel is a carminative and so can assist in the relief of flatulence.
Feverfew is best known for its help in relieving headaches. It has also been found to have relaxant properties.
Marshmallow is a demulcent that can help to relieve irritation of the gastrointestinal tract.
Hops displays sedative and calming properties that can be of assistance in relieving restlessness, anxiety and sleeplessness.

Therapeutic Use
Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Hops and Feverfew assist to relieve anxiety, stress and nervous tension due to their relaxant and sedative properties, while Fennel and Marshmallow soothe and calm the stomach.

Active Ingredients
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains powder of:
Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile) flower 85mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) herb 85mg
Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) fruit 42.5mg
Tanacetum parthenium (Feverfew) herb 42.5mg
Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) root 42.5mg
Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit 42.5mg

Dosage
For adults: take two to four capsules three times daily.
