Lavandula angustifolia flowering top essential oil 100% (1mls/mls)

Dosage/Directions:
Adult: Headaches: massage directly into temples, forehead and back of neck or put 6 drops onto a moist flannel and place on forehead. To relieve nervous tension, stress and insomnia: massage with 6 drops to 10mls Carrier Oil or add 6 drops to bath water or vaporiser. For treatment of sunburn, insect bites, inflamed skin and relief of symptoms of eczema apply to direct to skin area
