If you are having one of those days when you just can't get it together, then take time out to sit and inhale the cleansing aroma of Juniper. Breathe in and out slowly and deeply, allowing your energies to realign in order to focus and gain perspective of the situation.

Therapeutic
For temporary relief of the pain of rheumatism. Add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to bath; or 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream and massage affected area.

To assist in the treatment of fluid retention. Add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to bath; or 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream and massage affected area. If fluid retention persists, seek medical advice.

Relief of symptoms of cold and flu. Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water, cover head with towel and inhale for 5 minutes.

To help relieve mild anxiety, stress and nervous tension. Add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to bath. Alternatively add 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream and massage affected area, or 6 drops to vapouriser.

Skin & Hair Care
Suitable for oily and combination complexions. Add 3 drops to 10ml base cream and apply to face.

Treatment of acne. Add 3 drops to base cream and apply to face; or add 3 drops to 10ml of Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to 1 litre of warm water for compress.

Caution
Not to be used during pregnancy or kidney disease.
