This formula provides support to the mucous membranes and sinuses, assisting the body to maintain respiratory health. They help to decrease catarrh and aid expectoration, assisting to ease congestion of the upper respiratory tract.

Fenugreek has an ancient history. It contains mucilaginous compounds, which are gel-like substances that are known for their ability to soothe tissues. Actions that have been attributed to this herb include expectorant, demulcent, tonic and galactagogue.
Thyme has been found to support respiratory health. It is an expectorant and can be useful to relieve catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.
Wood Betony appears to assist in relieving catarrhal conditions of the head. Properties that have been attributed to this herb include astringent, sedative and nervine tonic.

Therapeutic Use
Herb used in traditional Western Herbal Medicine for the temporary relief of nasal mucous congestion. By reducing mucous build-up, associated symptoms such as congestive pain and headache may also be relieved.

Active Ingredients
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains powder of:
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed 220mg
Thymus vulgaris (Thyme) leaf 130mg
Betonica officinalis (Wood Betony) herb 100mg

Dosage
For adults only: take two capsules with a meal three times daily.
