For the relief of premenstrual symptoms. Add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine, then add mixture to bath; or to 10ml base oil or base cream and massage stomach in clockwise direction. Use only as directed and if pain or symptoms persist, consult a health care professional.

Skin and Hair Care
Treatment of acne, dermatitis, bruises and the relief of symptoms of eczema. For face add 3 drops to 10ml base cream and massage. For body, use 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream.
