Vitamin C is essential for a healthy immune system and is useful in recurrent or acute colds, viral infections, sinusitis, allergies, cold sores, hay fever, excess mucus congestion, etc. Vitamin C is also essential for collagen production and is indicated in cases of poor wound healing, reduced skin health, easy bruising and bleeding gums. Vitamin C can be used by the body at an increased rate during high stress periods, smoking, excess alcohol consumption, cases of chronic illness and in the elderly.

Unique Properties:

Great tasting effervescent formula.
Combination of Ascorbic acid, Sodium ascorbate and Calcium ascorbate in the one powder giving more than 2400 mg of Vitamin C per teaspoon.
Contains other vitamins and minerals such as vitamin E, rutin, zinc and beta-carotene, which are all essential co-factors to vitamin C and are potent antioxidants.
Sweetened with natural Stevia.
Contains no lactose, dairy products, gluten, aspartame, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or sugar.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Directions for use:
Adults take a 1g dose (¼ of a 5mL metric teaspoon) twice daily. Mix in 250mL water or juice. Higher doses may be required in some people whose immune system is under stress.
