Cordyceps is a herb that is well respected in Traditional Chinese Medicine, however its popularity increased when it was found the Chinese national women’s track and field team, who broke several records in 1993, had been drinking a tonic made from the natural Chinese supplement called Cordyceps.

Cordyceps is commonly referred to as Chinese caterpillar fungus as it is obtained from the dried body of stroma of the fungus that grows from the carcass of the larva from certain insects.

It has a number of clinical uses, including providing support to the immune and respiratory systems. It is also a valuable tonic that can help support the body and maintain stamina, endurance and general well-being.

Nature’s Sunshine uses a proprietary process in cultivating Cordyceps sinensis, providing a premium quality and standard of this rare, wild-crafted botanical harvested from the high plateau of Tibet.

Therapeutic Use
Cordyceps, originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine, can help support both the immune and respiratory systems. It may be beneficial in providing temporary relief of coughs. Active Ingredients
Each capsule contains 530mg of powdered Cordyceps sinensis hyphae

Dosage
For adults: take two to three capsules with a meal three times daily. For children age 6-12 years: take one capsule with a meal three times daily.
