This combination of herbs have traditionally been used to support the respiratory system, and can help to relieve mucous build-up of both the upper and lower respiratory tract.

Boneset has been used for centuries by herbalists to relieve catarrh. It has been found to be a tonic and diaphoretic (produces sweating).
Bitter Fennel was known in Chinese, Indian, Egyptian and Greek civilisations. It is historically seen as being a stomachic, carminative (helps relieve flatulence) and expectorant.
Fenugreek has been recognised as having a wide range of applications, including gastrointestinal disturbances, assisting milk production in lactating mothers, and helping to relieve mucous in the respiratory tract.
Horse Radish was used by Native American Tribes as a tonic, digestive and diuretic. It has been used in folk medicine to assist in clearing the sinuses.
Mullein was a popular herb used by ancient Greek and Ayurvedic physicians to help relieve cough. It displays the actions of expectorant and demulcent (soothes inflamed and irritated tissue).

Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to provide temporary relief from ‘mucousy’ conditions of the upper and lower respiratory tract

Active Ingredients
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains powder of:
Eupatorium perfoliatum (Boneset) herb 88mg
Foeniculum vulgare (Bitter Fennel) seed 88mg
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed 88mg
Armoracia rusticana (Horse Radish) root 88mg
Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) leaf 88mg

Dosage
For adults: take two to three capsules three to four times daily. For children age 6-12 years: take one capsule three to four times daily.
