Therapeutic
Temporary relief of bronchial cough, sinusitis and symptoms of catarrh. Add 6 drops to bowl of steaming water, cover head with towel and inhale for 5 minutes. If cough persists, consult a health care professional.

Help relieve stress and nervous tension. Add 6 drops 10ml Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to bath; or add 6 drops to a vapouriser. Alternatively add 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream and massage pressure points.

Skin and Hair Care
Treatment of dandruff. Add 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream and massage into scalp.

Not to be used during pregnancy.
